Job summary

Cutting Edge Countertops is seeking a dependable Countertop Installer to join our growing team and support residential and commercial installs of granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops. You’ll work Monday–Friday daytime with some Saturdays and overtime opportunities, and you’ll be paid competitively with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

You’ll unload, transport, and install countertops according to project plans, communicate clearly with customers, and help keep the job site

This position involves professionally installing granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally with customers, and works well in a team environment.

Competitive Pay & Real Growth Opportunities

• Do you have installation experience? Earn up to $30/hour, based on your skills and background.
• New to the trade? Start at $19/hour, with a raise to $20/hour after completing our 90-day training program

• Professional communication skills to build positive customer relationships and represent Cutting Edge Countertops well.
• A team-focused approach and the ability to complete work accurately and meet installation deadlines.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to share ideas, improve installation processes, and help the business grow.
• Construction or installation experience is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and pre-employment drug screening.

Candidates with a background in trim carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or other detail-oriented trades are strongly encouraged to apply. Precision measuring, problem-solving, and high-end finish work translate well to countertop installation and may result in increased starting pay.
