Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team seeks a CI Team Lead to manage a government IT support team focused on Counterintelligence missions in the Northern Virginia area. You will lead contractors, oversee technical, engineering, and administrative efforts, and act as the primary interface with the government customer on project issues.

Required are an active Top Secret / SCI clearance, 4+ years managing IT O&M and enhancement projects, plus a Bachelor's in CS/data analytics/software engineering

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• 4+ years of experience managing projects delivering IT O&M and enhancement efforts.
• Experience preparing materials for senior leaders (papers, analyses, executive briefings).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data analytics, software engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• High school diploma with 12 years of experience; combined degree and experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan and direct the execution of contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts of the team.
• Brief leadership on program progress, status, and achievement of milestones.
• Be the primary interface with the government customer on technical and project issues.
• Supervise, manage, support, and evaluate personnel.
