Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of analyst, risk management, or program security experience.
• Associate’s degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting DoD or IC R&D programs.
• Knowledge of foreign influence risks, foreign government talent programs, conflicts of interest, and conflicts of commitment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on undue foreign influence and risks related to government talent programs and conflicts of interest.
• Analyze volunteered information from prospective awardee submissions and develop risk assessments.
• Assess risks of foreign entities proposing DARPA projects and related research.
• Prepare risk assessments and recommendations for DARPA leadership.
• Provide weekly status updates to SID/SAPCO leadership and contribute to monthly reports.

Salary Range: $110,000–$160,000 annually

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

• Prepare and provide risk assessments and recommendations to DARPA leadership.
• Provide weekly status updates regarding open and completed reviews to SID/SAPCO leadership and contribute information to monthly management reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):

• A Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant analyst, risk management, or program security experience -OR- an Associate’s degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated successful experience supporting DoD or IC research and development (R&D) programs.
• Knowledge of foreign influence risks, foreign government talent programs, conflicts of interest, and conflicts of commitment.
• Strong analytical, risk assessment, research, and written communication capabilities.
