Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related DoD SAP or IC security support experience or an Associate’s with 12+ years.
• Experience supporting security databases/data-management systems in DoD SAP/IC environments.
• Knowledge of SAP compartments, facilities, personnel and security records management.
• Ability to develop database reports, metrics, and leadership briefings.
• Experience coordinating with database developers, integrators and IT groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide database management and administration support for SAPCO security databases.
• Represent SAPCO requirements within JADE and SAP IT Working Groups.
• Develop and execute training plans for personnel on security databases.
• Develop reporting capabilities and generate security metrics.
• Prepare and present briefings on personnel, facilities, archival, cybersecurity, and database operations.
• Generate and maintain polygraph examinee lists per DARPA policy.
• Collaborate with database developers and system integrators to expand functionality.
• Assist with development and prioritization of technical requirements.
• Participate in working groups and coordinate system upgrades.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

LOCATION: Arlington, Virginia

Salary Range: $145,000–$200,000 annually

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

• Provide database management and administration support for SAPCO security databases, including JADE, Document Control, DFASTs, Archive/Inventory Management System, and related systems.
• Represent SAPCO requirements and equities within JADE Requirements and SAP IT Working Groups.
• Develop and execute training plans to ensure new and existing personnel are proficient in applicable security databases.
• Develop reporting capabilities and generate personnel security metrics and other statistical reports.
• Prepare and present briefings regarding personnel, facilities, archival, cybersecurity, and database operations.
• Generate and maintain lists of polygraph examinees in accordance with DARPA Polygraph Policy.
• Collaborate with database developers and system integrators to improve and expand database functionality.
• Assist with development and prioritization of technical requirements.
• Participate in working groups and coordinate implementation of system upgrades.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume)

• A Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related DoD SAP or IC technical security support experience - OR- an Associate’s degree with 12 years of related DoD or IC technical security support experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting security database/data-management systems within DoD SAP or IC environments.
• Knowledge of systems used to manage SAP compartments, facilities, personnel, information, and security records.
• Ability to develop database reports, metrics, and statistical products for senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating with database developers, integrators, and IT working groups.
• Strong database administration, requirements management, training, reporting, briefing, and technical coordination skills.
