Qualifications

• Experience handling inquiries and orders; ability to price using records or supervisor input.
• Strong data entry and order processing skills.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, fabrication, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Review inquiries and orders; verify parts and assemblies; price per established records.
• Provide application assistance and make product recommendations; assemble hoses and tubing for customers.
• Enter orders in the computer; gather pricing and delivery details; prepare quotations with supervision as needed.
• Receive, pick, ship orders; assist customers at the counter; create hose assemblies as required.
• Investigate customer inquiries and complaints; coordinate with outside sales and other personnel; support policy matters with supervisor.
• Support inventory controls; perform cycle counts; maintain records and generate reports.
