Great American Restaurants in the Northern Virginia area is hiring Counter Team Members to be the friendly face of our restaurant. You will greet guests, guide them through menus, take accurate orders, and support a team-focused environment.

As part of a high-volume, guest-centric team, you will help ensure orders are assembled correctly and the dining area remains clean and welcoming. Competitive pay, gratuity, and benefits are offered for this role.

Counter Team Members make approximately $600-800 a week.

As a Counter Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for providing our guests with an outstanding experience while working in a team-oriented environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Greeting every guest with a warm welcome and creating a genuine connection
• Guiding guests through menus and taking accurate orders
• Coordinating and assisting other team members with assembling orders
• Providing attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of
• Assist to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
