Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food according to menus, including sandwiches, salads, entrees and appetizers.
• Preps station and maintains area, restocking ingredients and cleaning.
• Weighs and labels portions; slices deli meats.
• Stocking and maintaining coffee and soup stations; keeps inventory par levels.
• Learn and apply cheese cutting, wrapping and rotation; advise customers on cheese selections.
• Take special orders for prepared items and arrange pickup.
• Assist with prep work and packaging for refrigerator displays.
• Maintain sanitation standards and cleanliness; follow health department requirements.
• Complete other kitchen duties as scheduled by seasonal staffing.
