Job summary

Due’ Cucina Italiana in Redmond is seeking a counter server for our 16595 Redmond Way location. You will welcome guests, guide them through the Due’ dining experience, and support delivery coordination with drivers.

The role emphasizes high-energy service, team collaboration, and contributing to a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Prior customer service is appreciated, and training is provided. Full-time hours include benefits and growth opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area.
• Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish.
• Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed.
• Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
• Other duties as necessary or assigned.

Our restaurant is looking for a counter server at our Redmond location! The restaurant is located at 16595 Redmond Way, suite 100, Redmond, WA 98052.

At Due’ Cucina Italiana we love food that is real, fresh and authentic. We serve homemade pasta bowls and other dishes inspired by the best of the Italian tradition. In This Role, You Will

• Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed.

Experience: Previous customer service experience in restaurants is highly appreciated, but if you don't have it, no problem! We will train you :)

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• People who enjoy spending time with customers to educate them about our food.
• High-energy, proactive individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work (and have fun!) in a diverse team.
• Attention to detail.
• Passionate about food.
• Minimum 21 years old (alcohol service required).
• Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit.
• Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly.
• Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc..
• Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Scheduling flexibility.
• Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required).
