Job summary

Due’ Cucina Redmond, WA is seeking a Counter Server/Front of House to join our fun team. This part-time role requires availability Monday through Friday from about 9:00am to 2:30pm, with on-site duties in Redmond.

You will help guests with the Due’ experience, learn fresh pasta preparation, and support delivery coordination while upholding our core values. We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time staff, free meals on shift, and opportunities for growth in pasta making,

• Possesses or willing to obtain a Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit.

• Able to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly.
• Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen equipment.
• Ability to withstand temperature changes, smoke, steam in a confined area.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Scheduling flexibility.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Previous customer service experience in restaurants is appreciated; training provided.

In this role the Counter Server/Front of House team will:

• Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times.
• Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta.
• Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience.
• Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area.
• Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish.
• Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed.
• Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
• Other duties as necessary or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
