Due’ Cucina Italiana in Redmond is hiring for a part-time Counter Server/Front of House team member. You will greet customers, explain the menu, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely orders.

The role emphasizes a fun, fast-paced restaurant atmosphere with opportunities for growth and training. The position requires availability Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 2:30pm, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

Join our fun team! Our restaurant is looking for a counter server! The restaurant is located in Redmond . This is a part-time position with availability needed Monday-Friday from roughly 9:00am - 2:30pm.

In this role the Counter Server/Front of House team will:

• Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times.
• Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta.
• Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience.
• Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area.
• Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish.
• Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed.
• Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
• Other duties as necessary or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• This position is subject to a background check that includes verification of the legal right to work in the United States. • Minimum 21 years old (alcohol service required).
• Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit.
• Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly.Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc.
• Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Scheduling flexibility.
• Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required).
• Previous customer service experience in restaurants is highly appreciated, but if you don't have it, no problem! We will train you :)
