Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Bismarck, ND seeks a Counter Sales / Warehouse associate to ensure products are received, stored, and distributed accurately while delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports order processing, inventory management and stock fulfillment in a busy warehouse environment.

40+ hours weekly, thorough training provided, and reports to the Operations Manager. Lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to warehouse conditions are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must have good mechanical skills.
• Must be able to squat, kneel, bend and twist.
• Must be able to work on concrete floors for the full shift.
• Must be able to climb ladders to pull materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, courteous, accurate customer service.
• Use computer to manage sales orders, inventory and enter information into the business management system.
• Read customer orders and shipping orders to determine items to be picked, packed, or shipped.
• Move materials from receiving or storage to shipping or designated areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves or bins according to sequence.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves or relocate to a holding/shipping area.
