Job summary

Eckart LLC in Vincennes, Indiana is seeking a customer service professional to join our counter sales team for plumbing and electrical products. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, manage returns, source items, and build strong relationships with customers over the phone and in person.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
• Post-Secondary courses in Plumbing, Electrical or Heating are considered an asset
• Knowledge of the Plumbing, Electrical and Heating industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Offering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phone
• Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders
• Processing orders in the system
• Sourcing materials for customers when currently not in stock

We are currently in search of a career orientated person to join our Customer Service team on both the plumbing and electrical side. The position operates in a fast paced, dynamic, rewarding environment and will assume responsibility for all counter sales and product returns while providing expertise as a member of the customer service team.
