Job summary

Eckart LLC is hiring a warehouse associate in Terre Haute, IN. You will receive materials, pick/ship orders, and maintain organized inventories while working in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Prior forklift experience is a plus; computer systems familiarity is helpful for shipping paperwork and inventory tracking.

Qualifications

• Basic communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to accurately pick and ship orders and maintain records.
• Capable of meeting time constraints and deadlines.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Experience with warehouse software or computer systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive material and/or pick and ship orders
• Ensure all paperwork completed properly and documents maintained for shipping purposes
• Organize product efficiently and maintain inventories
• Pull products from yard and warehouse as required
• Organize space in the warehouse and perform cleaning duties
• General warehouse duties and maintenance as needed
• Restock materials as and when required
• Other duties as required

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Previous warehouse experience desirable
• Knowledge of or previous experience in the Plumbing/Electrical industry an asset
• Current Forklift Certification desirable
• Experience using computer systems
