Job summary

Third Coast Distributing, operating as NAPA AutoParts, seeks a Counter Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will process transactions, identify automotive parts, and share product knowledge with customers to build lasting relationships.

The role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes professional appearance, teamwork, and adherence to safety and merchandising standards in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using POS, inventory management, and product catalog systems in retail or automotive environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role:

OurCounter Salespeople are the key to our success, delivering excellent customerexperiences and developing long-standing relationships with our customers. Positionreports to the Store Manager.

About You:

EssentialPhysical Requirements

• Scan,handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequentlylifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting ormoving merchandise up to 60 pounds.
