• Comfort building customer relationships and researching information when needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select products, confirm availability and pricing, and follow through on their orders and accounts.
• Process advanced warranty requests, advance replacements, repairs, returns, and warranty validation.
• Follow up on special orders and process UPS and delivery returns, quotes.
• Support end-of-day reporting when needed, including warranty returns and UPS call tags.
• Keep stock, labels, and the counter area organized; work with teammates and vendors to resolve problems.
