Job summary

North Coast is seeking a motivated counter salesperson in Bellevue, WA to support contractor, industrial, and OEM markets. You will handle quotations, order entry, tracking, and proactive customer service while maintaining strong vendor relationships and promoting our customer service guarantees.

Ideal candidates have sales experience in the electrical field, excellent communication skills, and a teamwork mindset. On-site role with daily merchandising and warehouse support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Counter Sales for Contractor, Industrial & OEM Market with dot-Deliver on the Promise
• Quotations, order entry, tracking and proactive customer service
• Counter and other sales/support duties as directed
• Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors
• Identify and pursue gross margin and market share growth opportunities
• Support Will Call customers and daily merchandising display maintenance
• Assist warehouse with wire cuts, filling orders, loading delivery truck
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Do

• Counter Sales for Contractor, Industrial & OEM Market
• Quotations, order entry, tracking and proactive Customer Service
• Counter and other sales/support duties as directed
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors
• Commit to proactive and team approach to sales
• Identify and pursue gross margin and market share growth opportunities
• Promote heavily the DOTP (Deliver on the Promise) CSG’s (Customer Service Guarantees) for increased share
• Relationship building with Will Call customers
• Daily merchandising display maintenance
• Helping warehouse as needed (wire cuts, filling orders, loading delivery truck)
• Other duties as assigned
