Ferguson is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist customers, process orders, and maintain merchandising standards in our Beltsville, MD store. The role requires basic product knowledge, strong math skills, and reliable computer use.

You must be 18+, hold a valid state license, and be prepared to lift and deliver merchandise. The position offers benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $24.94

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
