• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately process orders, transactions, and customer information.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly, dependable service.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of State Electric products, services, and industry trends.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations and provide product information to help customers make purchasing decisions.
• Respond to customer requests by phone, email, and in person as needed.
• Operate the cash register and handle point-of-sale transactions when applicable.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve questions or concerns.
• Work closely with branch teammates to support customers and keep daily operations running smoothly.
