Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Assist counter customers by answering questions, identifying needs, and processing sales orders.
• Pick, package, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently, typically within one hour of order release.
• Understand warehouse/yard layout, bin locations, and product inventory.
• Verify orders, label materials, complete documentation, and stage orders in designated locations.
• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage, shipping errors, and inventory discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Support stocking, cleanliness, and organization of the counter, warehouse, and yard.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships and support product promotions.
• Assist warehouse and other team members as needed.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and work safely at all times.
