Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative for our Platt team in Sandy, UT. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with purchases and returns, and support receiving, shipping, and stocking in the showroom.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or electrical distribution, a HS diploma, and the ability to operate forklift if required. Walk-in customers and some driving may be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Electrical product knowledge and experience preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution preferred.
• Able to operate forklift if required and drive for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process purchases and returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and build customer relationships.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and ensure showroom is organized.
• May perform other branch duties including inside sales and stock handling.
• Possibly make deliveries up to 20% of the time.
