Job description

We are currently seeking individuals who possess a background in parts retrieval and counter-based sales. It is highly advantageous if you have previously worked in settings like plumbing supply stores, industrial distributors, HVAC supply houses, NAPA Auto Parts, or other similar roles involving technical components.

Core Duties

Support clients at the sales desk by addressing questions regarding HVAC equipment and components
Ensure HVAC orders are gathered, organized, and readied for pickup with high precision
Utilize product catalogs and digital inventory databases to pinpoint and retrieve specific items
Manage the execution of customer purchases and financial transactions
Help uphold inventory integrity while assisting with the replenishment of warehouse shelving
Deliver high-quality service to technicians, contractors, and all visitors to help ensure their needs are met
Ensure the sales counter and warehouse zones remain tidy and well-arranged

Required Skills and Experience

Prior experience in a counter sales role is a plus
Background in retrieving parts for automotive, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or industrial sectors is necessary
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal service capabilities
