Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated Counter Sales Associate for our Warrenton, VA location. You will assist customers at the counter, by phone, and via email while processing orders and handling returns.

The role requires high school diploma and prior customer service experience, with a preference for electrical product knowledge. You will contribute to a high-energy team and support warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math, data entry; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.
• Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers.
• Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.
• Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
• Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.
• Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
• Other duties assigned by the manager.

Maurice Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Warrenton, VA location.

Key Responsibilities
