O&G Industries, Inc. Stamford Mason Facility is seeking a customer-focused Inside Counter Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll be among the first contacts for contractors, builders, and homeowners seeking masonry and construction materials. No construction materials experience?

We’re willing to train the right attitude and strong customer service skills. Saturday hours are required. You will process transactions at the sales counter, assist customers, and coordinate with yard staff to ensure

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and comfort using computers.
Willingness to learn about masonry and construction materials.

Responsibilities

Assist customers at the sales counter with purchasing masonry and construction materials.
Process transactions using our computerized point-of-sale system.
Provide friendly, efficient service and answer basic product questions.
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
Coordinate with yard staff to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.
