You will support stocking and merchandising, assist customers in selecting items, and help coordinate quotes and special orders while maintaining a friendly, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Entry-level knowledge of products within the department for promotion and sale.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize updates and modifications to computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Staff the sales counter, greet and service customers.
• Enter orders, process sales transactions, and provide quotes.
• Stock and organize inventory; perform cycle counts.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers; provide product information.
• Direct customers to the appropriate team member for quotes and special orders.
• Open/close store and manage cash drawer procedures.
• Provide stock product availability using the POS System.
