Eckart, LLC is seeking a career-oriented individual to join our Customer Service team supporting plumbing and electrical lines. The role focuses on counter sales, processing orders, and handling returns while delivering expert service to contractors, homeowners, and facility managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-Secondary courses in Plumbing, Electrical or Heating are considered an asset.
• Knowledge of the Plumbing, Electrical and Heating industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an asset.
• Final candidates will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

We are currently in search of a career orientated person to join our Customer Service team on both the plumbing and electrical side. The position operates in a fast paced, dynamic, rewarding environment and will assume responsibility for all counter sales and product returns while providing expertise as a member of the customer service team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phone

• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships

• Keeping counter and sales area clean
