Eckart LLC is seeking a customer service focused individual to support counter sales and handle product returns in both plumbing and electrical lines. The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, processing orders, and maintaining product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and may benefit from post-secondary courses in plumbing, electrical, or heating. A pre-employment drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

We are currently in search of a career orientated person to join our Customer Service team on both the plumbing and electrical side. The position operates in a fast paced, dynamic, rewarding environment and will assume responsibility for all counter sales and product returns while providing expertise as a member of the customer service team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phone
