Eckart LLC in Indiana is seeking a career-minded Customer Service representative to support counter and phone sales for plumbing and electrical products. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, fast response to inquiries, and accurate order processing.

You will source materials, maintain product knowledge, and build lasting customer relationships while handling returns and keeping the sales area organized. This is a full-time, weekday position with employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary courses in Plumbing, Electrical or Heating are considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical or Heating industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

We are currently in search of a career orientated person to join our Customer Service team on both the plumbing and electrical side. The position operates in a fast paced, dynamic, rewarding environment and will assume responsibility for all counter sales and product returns while providing expertise as a member of the customer service team.
