Job summary

Qualifications

Our empowered team provides the support, insight and scalable solutions needed to navigate today’s demands and solve our customers’ most complex challenges.As a Counter Sales Associate, you will:Enter customer order into the business system.Complete order by filling, checking and processing order.Maintain a balanced cash drawer.Provide customers with basic technical support.Handle incoming returns from customers and forwards to returns department.Assist in processing returns when requested by CSRM Processor, Operations Manager or Branch Manager.Re-stock material that is not sold daily.Frequently lift, carry or otherwise move and position product weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted when stocking, loading or unloading products.Operate forklift: proper training and certification required.
