Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred; focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to work in varied conditions, including outdoor environments.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season.
• Requires the ability to pass a pre-employment background/drug test.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Previous irrigation or landscaping products experience.

Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a FT Counter Sales/Customer sales role is a key customer touchpoint, responsible for accurate order entry and smooth customer interactions. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, with overtime during peak seasons, requiring flexibility and dedication.
