Schillings in Saint John, IN is seeking a Contractor Counter Sales Assistant for a full-time, no nights or Sundays position. You will be the first point of contact for contractors and customers, answer calls, organize paperwork, and support the sales team with quotes and orders.

No previous experience required; training is provided. Strong computer skills with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows, plus attention to detail and multitasking are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and Windows.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Problem solving and ability to multitask.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all contractors and customers.
• Answer all phone calls.
• Organize and file paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service to contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain front counter area and stock samples, shelves, and brochures.
• Communicate with Salespeople and management.
• Process returns and special orders.
• Assist sales with quotes, orders, and deliveries via Dispatch.
