Responsibilities include assisting a dedicated Salesperson with quotes, orders, and deliveries, quoting lumber and doors, and coordinating with vendors. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows.
• Attention to detail, organizational, and math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and engaging demeanor.
• Problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist dedicated Salesperson with quotes, orders, and setting up deliveries through Dispatch.
• Quoting lumber, trim, interior & exterior doors; using software to quote windows & doors.
• Verify and correct orders including quantities, product, addresses with customer and Salesperson.
• Work with vendors for quotes and orders.
• Gain product knowledge to quote and sell Schillings products efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to contractors, vendors, and customers.
