Scott Electric is seeking a Full-Time Counter Salesperson for the Lawrenceville, PA branch. The role involves assisting customers at the sales counter, offering product knowledge, processing orders, and ensuring excellent service.

You will engage with contractors, electricians, and walk-in customers and contribute to stock displays and timely order fulfillment. The position requires a high school diploma, familiarity with electrical products, and strong communication skills.

• Assist with stock replenishment and product displays at the sales counter.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies regarding sales, safety, and operations.

Job Summary:

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electrical products such as wiring, conduit, breakers, lighting, and fittings
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with electricians and contractors
• Technical or trade background
• Familiarity with electrical codes and common industry terminology
• Previous experience in electrical supply, construction materials, or wholesale distribution
• Experience with Infor Cloud Suite Distribution software

Must submit to a background check and drug testing
