Shearer Supply, LLC is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to manage the sales counter at our branch locations, offering HVAC equipment, parts and supplies with top-notch customer service. Qualifications

• Local market knowledge (Preferred but not required).
• 1-3 yrs. of counter experience in HVAC wholesale Distribution (Preferred but not required).
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass pre-employment screening.

Counter Sales Associate Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
• Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
