Shearer Supply, Inc. seeks a focused Counter Sales Associate to manage the sales counter at our branch locations, handling orders and building strong customer relationships in the HVAC wholesale environment.

Qualifications

Counter Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Take customers sales orders
• Build relationships with our customers and associates

Counter Sales Associate Qualifications

The right candidate for this role will possess the following:

• Local market knowledge (Preferred but not required)
• 1-3 yrs. of counter experience in HVAC wholesale Distribution (Preferred but not required)
• Great customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pass pre-employment screening

Counter Sales Associate Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
• Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
