Job summary

TIPCO Technologies is seeking a Counter Sales representative to assist customers with product inquiries, process sales, and provide exceptional service at the counter. You will maintain product knowledge and make informed recommendations to meet customer needs.

In this fast-paced setting, you will collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams, lift and move products when needed, and help drive repeat business through strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial hoses and fittings is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift/move products up to 80 pounds.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
