The Granite Group is seeking a motivated counter sales associate for our Danvers, MA location. This entry-level role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, answering inquiries, recommending products, and processing transactions in a fast-paced HVAC and plumbing environment.

You will maintain organized records, assist with inventory, stock shelves, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a counter sales associate. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in HVAC or plumbing products, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

In this position, you will be a key point of contact for customers-answering inquiries, recommending products, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, stocking shelves, coordinating material transfers between branches and vendors, and maintaining accurate computer records.
