Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the counter staff, including task assignment and training.
• Deliver high-energy service and handle complex orders with a positive attitude.
• Oversee all cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Maintain knowledge of seasonal menus and ingredients to answer guest questions.
• Efficiently manage in-person and online orders to minimize wait times.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety across front counter and service areas.
• Engage with fans and promote the brand and Gold Card program.
