Nan's Kitchen is seeking a Counter Lead to bridge the hype of our signature Fired Chicken with the craft of a seasonally driven menu. You’ll engage guests with stories behind each dish and guide them to new favorites amid rapid lunch rushes.

You’ll uphold the scratch-cooking standard, coordinate a fast-moving line with care, and contribute to a brand known for its loyal, tattoo-worthy fans and a culture of genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication to translate seasonal menu into guest recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume lunch rush with poise.
• Passion for fresh, scratch-made food and seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Tell the story behind each dish to guests and help them pick a new favorite.
• Ensure each Fired Chicken sammie meets quality expectations before serving.
• Move guests through the line with speed and humor while maintaining a clean, welcoming counter.
• Maintain a clean, scratch-kitchen standard at the counter and back-of-house interface.
