Advantage SCI, LLC seeks an experienced Program Analyst to support the Counter-Insider Threat Program at Camp Smith Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI. The role involves researching data from multiple sources, analyzing trends, and documenting methods, summaries, and results.

You will conduct audits, identify anomalies, prepare reports for the Case Manager, and coordinate base access with the PMO and VCC. A Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Review insider threat data and identify anomalies and trends.
• Document analytic methods, approaches, summaries, evaluations, and results.
• Audit counter-insider threat processes and records for compliance.
• Produce annual or periodic reports for Case Manager and leadership.
• Coordinate facility visits and base access with PMO and VCC as needed.
• Escort un-cleared vendors and government personnel for counter-insider threat work.
