Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Hazelwood, MO is hiring for a Cycle Counter I to provide timely inventory accounting and product sourcing. The role operates Monday through Friday, 1pm–9:30pm, with benefits starting on day 60 including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

You’ll perform counts, damage reporting, and reports while supporting safety and accuracy. Qualifications include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English reading/writing skills.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• The ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily location cycle counts and daily local purchase counts.
• Perform daily damage reporting and data sheet entry.
• Perform critical counts/shorts and warehouse out of stocks.
• Compile and submit daily out of stock/ship confirmation reports.
• Verify bill of lading and receiving quantity.
• Additional duties and/or special projects may be assigned at the supervisor's discretion.

The Cycle Counter I provides timely and accurate accounting of inventory while obtaining product based on need.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.

• Monday-Friday 1pm-930pm
