Job summary

Silver Slipper Casino Venture, LLC is seeking a Count Room Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Count Room operations and staff. You will protect casino assets by enforcing internal controls, policies, procedures and applicable laws, and you will oversee the Slot drop.

In this role you will manage guest service, ensure policy compliance, and supervise the Count Room team, while maintaining equipment, recording game revenue, and handling other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent internal/external guest service.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are strictly and consistently followed.
• Responsible for employee-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, and promoting.
• Oversee and participate in the drop as required by Internal Controls.
• Oversee count room equipment, utilize preventive maintenance techniques and regular servicing to ensure equipment is in proper working order.
• Count, verify and record game revenue.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
