Margaritaville Resort Casino - Bossier City, La. is seeking an experienced Count Team professional to oversee currency and chip counting during shifts. The role requires strong attention to detail and adherence to Gaming Commission regulations.

In the absence of the Count Team Supervisor, you will supervise Drop/Count Team members, sign out keys for count duties, and assist with daily drop and count activities, while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of Count Team experience with 1 year of Supervisor experience.
• Must have excellent guest service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain work authorization per gaming regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Count and collect currency and chips from casino games and devices.
• In absence of Count Team Supervisor, directly supervise Drop/Count Team members.
• Assist Count Team Supervisor in carrying out duties related to drop and count.
• Sign out keys for count and drop duties.
• Maintain knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations of the Gaming Commission and company policies.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of Count Team experience with 1 year of Supervisor experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Must have excellent internal and external guest service skills.
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

• Skills in using computer programs and 10-Key calculator.
• Must be able to count large sums of cash and chips.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations
