Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Count Room Supervisor in Virginia. The role manages day-to-day operations and personnel of the count room, including staffing, inventory, and adherence to safety and regulatory procedures.

You will oversee weigh/count activities, ensure accurate data, and support efficient drop counting processes. The position requires 21+ age, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and 1–2 years of supervisory experience with Count Room exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years related experience required.
• Three to five years of Count Room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor the work of the count room team members.
• Order and maintain an inventory of operating supplies.
• Ensure internal control and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain compliance with Virginia Lottery regulations and company policies.
• Staff each count team and drop pick-up team appropriately and ensure drops are counted efficiently.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development guidance.
• Weigh, count, wrap, and record slot drop according to procedure.
• Sort, count and record contents of table game drop boxes.
• Maintain general upkeep of the count room and its equipment.
• Meet attendance guidelines and staff regulatory requirements.

• Responsible for planning, supervising, andmonitoringthe work of the countroomteam members.

What You Will Need

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diplomarequired. College degree preferred. Any combination of education, training,or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisor experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years related experiencerequired.
• A minimum of three to five yearsofCount Room experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, friendly, and confident manner.
• Must be able toget alongwith fellow team members and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be self-motivated and be able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Good mathematical and clerical aptitude foraccuraterecord-keeping.
• Ability to obtain/renew allgovernment-requiredlicenses orcertifications, specifically a Virginia LotteryGamingPermit License

Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour
