Job summary

The JACK Main in Cleveland, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Handler to join our Count Room team. You will count, sort, and organize money, chips, and paperwork from drop boxes, operate counting machines, and ensure accurate totals for shifts and days.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading boxes, maintaining security, and delivering paperwork promptly while providing excellent guest service during drops.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months money handling experience.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Counts, sorts and organizes money, coupons, chips and paperwork from drop boxes.
• Lifts and displays empty drop boxes for Surveillance or team members.
• Retrieves drop boxes and stores them properly.
• Inserts and removes currency from counting machines; operates the machines.
• Accounts for all cash, chips and coupons by shift and by day/date.
• Enters necessary information into the computer.
• Loads boxes into carts and transports to designated casino floor areas.
• Provides excellent guest service when drops occur during slot play.
• Maintains security by accounting for keys used in drops.
• Weighs and counts buckets; records weights with machine numbers.
