Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and computerized systems preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic instructions, correspondence, and documentation.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new responsibilities, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect and transport slot and table game drop boxes in accordance with established Internal Controls and procedures.
• Count, verify, reconcile, and document currency, vouchers, and other gaming-related transactions.
• Record count information accurately and reconcile variances with other Count Team Members.
• Prepare and maintain required count paperwork, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Operate count equipment and coin-processing machinery according to departmental and manufacturer standards.
• Assist with transporting count carts and gaming assets safely and securely.
• Verify cash transactions to and from the Cage/Cashier operation.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and accuracy of all funds during the count process.
• Keep supervisors informed of operational issues and relevant activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
