Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Stateline, NV is seeking a team member to handle money drops from the casino floor and other revenue sources. You will drop, count, sort and organize cash, chips, coupons and related items in drop boxes, and prepare cash orders for ticket redemption kiosks.

This role requires a High School diploma, 21 years of age, and the ability to obtain a Gaming Card. You will document counts, work with accounting, and assist in variance investigations while maintaining on-site

Responsibilities

• Drop and count money from the casino floor and other revenue sources.
• Drop, count, sort and organize money, chips, coupons and other items in the drop boxes from various sources.
• Prepare cash orders for ticket redemption kiosks and manage loading/replenishment and maintenance of kiosks.
• Load drop boxes into transportation carts and maintain organization of additional drop boxes.
• Prepare count documentation, verify count accuracy and transfer funds to the cashier department.
• Communicate count information to the accounting department and assist in variance investigations.
• Collect, sort and scan paperwork, organize on-site records, and perform data entry in accounting systems.

Job Description

Team members are responsible for dropping and counting the money that is pulled off the casino floor and from other revenue sources.Drops, counts, sorts and organizes all money, chips, coupons and other items in the drop boxes from the various table games, bill validators, ticket redemption kiosks, non-gaming revenue outlets, concert venue outlets, slot wallets, change machines, cash recyclers, jackpot kiosks, parking kiosks and arcade kiosks.Responsible for preparing cash orders for ticket redemption kiosks, loading, replenishment, basic maintenance and troubleshooting of all ticket redemption kiosks.Loads drop boxes into transportation carts and maintain organization of additional drop boxes. Prepares count documentation, verifies count accuracy and transfers funds to the cashier department.Communicates count information to the accounting department and assists in variance investigations.Collects, sorts and scans paperwork from various sources and organizes on-site records storage, prepares and ships records for off-site storage. Completes data entry in various accounting systems and reconciles entries to count data.Researches and provides follow up information for accounting inquiries.
