Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Shreveport, LA is seeking a casino floor associate to support cash handling, jackpot processing, and floor protection. The role requires maintaining security of keys, accurate written documentation, and ensuring a clean, safe gaming floor.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to operate money counters and a cart, and communicate clearly via two-way radio to coordinate with the team on floor activities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
• Detail-oriented preferred.
• Able to operate money counters and electronic cart (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Pay and/or verify jackpot winnings to customers and complete required written documentation.
• Conduct slot floor activities to protect company property and funds; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Carry and effectively communicate by two-way radio.
• Complete written department forms documenting cash transactions, jackpots, etc.
• Perform minor machine maintenance: lock/unlock doors, clear jams, replenish paper, reset machines.
• Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct slot floor activities to ensure protection of company property and funds; and maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas


• Carry and effectively communicate by two-way radio


• Complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts, etc. in an accurate, legible manner


• Perform minor machine maintenance, such as lock and unlock machine doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines


• Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and employees

Experience
