Job summary

Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Richmond is seeking a Count Team Attendant to count cash boxes from the gaming floor and perform count-room tallies in line with company policies and state rules.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and familiarity with count-room equipment. Must have a high school diploma and obtain Virginia Racing Commission licensure. This is an hourly position with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain Virginia Racing Commission License.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and comfort with count room software.

Responsibilities

• Collects gaming device drop boxes from HRM machines, kiosks etc. while adhering to internal controls and regulations.
• Records accurate count of each box in count system/sheet.
• Prepares and maintains proper paperwork to support and reconcile all money and tickets counted.
• Utilizes count machines in accordance with guidelines.
• Complies with all department policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations and maintains confidentiality.
