Join our team and take charge of the Drop/Count operations! You'll lead the team during your shift, ensure compliance with policies and PGCB regulations, and support smooth and accurate drops across all gaming areas. Candidate will be responsible for the conduct of all Drop/Count Team members on their shift and the tasks assigned to the Drop/Count Team. The Count Room Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Drop/Count Team members adhere to the company policies and procedures as well as following the PGCB regulations and standard operating procedures.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate will take charge of the Drop/Count Team while working with them as needed. Candidate will be responsible for evaluating performance of Drop/Count team employees in conjunction with the Count Room Manager. Candidate will listen to and resolve any problems or grievances of Drop/Count Team employees. Candidate will be responsible for helping with Drop/Count Team interviews.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATH ABILITY
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must possess intermediate PC skills. Microsoft Office experience required.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
High School Diploma or equivalent. One year of money handling experience preferred. Prior Drop/Count Team and Count Room experience required.

The noise level is moderate. Candidate will be exposed to smoke when on the casino floor and in the cage. Candidate must be able to work all shifts in a fast-paced, stressful, and physically demanding environment.

The employee will be required to stand, bend, stoop, climb and kneel for extended periods of time. Employee must have excellent dexterity of hands and fingers to use computers and handle vouchers, cash and chips. Employee is required to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Employee must be able to talk and hear in order to ensure proper communication. This job requires strong vision skills, including close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
