Four Winds Casino and Resort is seeking a Count/Drop Supervisor within the Finance department. The role supports the Count/Drop Supervisor, coordinating staff, ensuring compliance with Gaming Commission rules, and reconciling gaming revenue.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, strong numerical and computer skills, and a Level 2 Gaming License. This on-site position requires excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some college accounting courses preferred.
• Must possess effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of all count and drop employees.
• Maintain knowledge of Gaming Commission laws, policies and controls.
• Ensure staffing levels in Count/Drop Area; assist with interviewing and training.
• Ensure integrity of all Count/Drop transactions.
• Assist in counting money and reconciling gaming revenue.
• Prepare reports and transfer sheets; reconcile totals to the Master Summary.
• Maintain records and organize departmental paperwork.
• Lead day-to-day operations and communicate across the property.
